1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the IllyrianHub application (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IllyrianHub is a project management and business operations platform designed for contractors. The Service allows you to manage projects, invoices, estimates, payroll, schedules, and related business data.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious files or content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Your Data

• You retain ownership of all business data you enter into the Service
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service
• We do not claim ownership of your content
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter

6. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

7. Subscription and Billing

• The Service may offer free trials and paid subscription plans
• Subscription terms and pricing will be presented before purchase
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store’s policies

8. Account Deletion

• You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen
• Account deletion deactivates your account and anonymizes your personal information
• Business records within shared workspaces may be retained for other workspace members’ legal and tax needs

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of business calculations, tax computations, or financial data derived from your inputs

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
